Before you jump to conclusions, actually read the description of a deviation. It's the least one can do, because it might contain information that will help you understand. If you had done that, you would have avoided looking like an idiot who doesn't grasp the concept of reading.

And FYI, there was no Garrus cosplayer at this convention. If you want a Garrus cosplayer, go somewhere else.
